SP Shake Recipes

Spinach Shake

2 cups of raw organic spinach (I use 2 handfuls)
10 frozen strawberries
½ - 1 banana (depending on size)
4-6 ounces of unsweetened Almond milk
Blend in the blender…and enjoy.

* for variety – I add 2 small pieces of fresh or frozen pineapple – this makes it an awesome treat!

Banana-Peach Shake

¼ - ½ frozen banana
½ c. frozen peaches
½ c. white grape with peach juice
2 scoops SP Complete

Blend to shake consistency. Can add 1 tsp. coconut oil. Can use 1 TBSP Salba seed as sprinkles.

Berry Blitz Delight

2 scoops of SP Complete
1/4 C. Blackberries
1/4 C. Blueberries
1/4 C. Strawberries
1/2 Banana
1/2 C. white grape & peach juice
Agave Nectar or Stevia to sweeten
Handful of ice

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth (usually 2-3 minutes). Any of the fruit may be fresh or frozen. Use more or less ice to suit your taste.


Tropical Paradise Smoothie

2 scoops SP Complete
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 cup pineapple-coconut juice
1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) pineapple
1/2 banana (may be frozen)
Handful of ice
Stevia to sweeten

Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth (usually 2-3 minutes). You may add more or less ice to suit your taste.


Chocolate-Banana Milkshake

2 scoops SP Complete
1/2-1 cup carob rice milk
1/2 banana (frozen)
Handful of Ice

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth (usually 2-3 minutes). Use more or less ice to suit your taste.

Strawberry-Kiwi Smoothie

2 scoops SP Complete
1 cup unsweetened juice (apple, berry, etc.)
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
3 peeled kiwi fruit
Stevia to sweeten
Handful of ice

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth, (usually 2-3 minutes). Use more or less ice to suit your taste.

Spicy Tomato

(1) 12 oz container of Spicy V-8 (heated for 1 minute in a microwavable glass) – heat the V8 before adding the powder
2 scoops SP Complete

Blend and drink with a straw.
